Delete your SoundsSphere data

Request deletion

Email privacy@soundssphere.com from the address connected to your account with the subject “SoundsSphere data deletion request”. State whether you signed in with email, Google, Facebook, or Microsoft.

Facebook users

1. Open Facebook Settings & privacy.
2. Choose Settings, then Apps and websites.
3. Select SoundsSphere and choose Remove.
4. Email us if you also want the SoundsSphere account record deleted.

Verification and timing

We may request reasonable verification to prevent unauthorized deletion. After verification, we process the request within the period required by applicable law and confirm completion by email.

What is deleted

We delete or anonymize the account profile and associated personal activity we are not required to retain. Rights, fraud-prevention, transaction, dispute, and legal-compliance records may be retained where necessary.
