1. Who we are

SoundSphere AI (“we”, “the app”) is a music listening and discovery service available on the web and mobile. Contact: use the support email published on the Play Store listing or the website footer.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash (or Google account ID when you use Google Sign-In).
• Usage data: plays, minutes listened, playlists, likes, and similar product analytics needed to run the service.
• Content you upload: if you are an artist, tracks, lyrics and metadata you submit.
• Device data: basic technical logs (browser/app version, IP for security) when you use the service.

3. How we use data

• To provide listening, playlists, AI DJ, stats and artist tools.
• To authenticate you and protect accounts.
• To improve features and prevent abuse.
• We do not sell your personal information.

4. Google Sign-In

If you choose Google Sign-In, we receive your Google profile basics (name, email, avatar, Google user id) according to Google’s policies. You can stop using Google login by switching accounts or requesting deletion.

5. Third-party services

• qvideos.org — optional Download Music feature; subject to QVideos terms and the source site’s rules.
• Hosting / CDN / SSL — infrastructure providers processing requests to run the site.
• Google — authentication when enabled.

6. Music & downloads

You are responsible for only downloading or uploading content you have the right to use. SoundSphere is not a warehouse for pirated media.

7. Data retention & deletion

We keep account and listening data while your account is active. To request account deletion and associated personal data removal, email support from your registered address with subject “Delete my account”. We will process requests within a reasonable period, except where law requires retention.

8. Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords for email accounts, and access controls on servers. No method is 100% secure; use a strong unique password and protect your device.

9. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). Do not create an account if you are under that age.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change; continued use means you accept the revised policy.
