1. Agreement and accounts
By using MusicQ, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Provide accurate information, protect your account, and promptly report unauthorized access.
2. Licensed content only
You may submit music, artwork, metadata, or documents only when you own or control the required rights or have documented authority. A YouTube Content ID or MCN relationship alone does not establish off-platform streaming rights.
3. Review and removal
MusicQ may review, approve, block, limit by territory, suspend, or remove content when rights are unclear, disputed, expired, unlawful, unsafe, or contrary to these terms. Submission does not guarantee publication.
4. Listener use
MusicQ is for personal listening unless a written agreement permits another use. You may not scrape, rebroadcast, resell, download without authorization, bypass controls, or interfere with the service.
5. Statistics and earnings
Dashboard analytics and provisional estimates are informational. Only finalized statements under an applicable commercial agreement establish payable earnings.
6. Suspension, disclaimers, and contact
We may suspend access to protect the service, users, rights holders, or legal compliance. MusicQ is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Questions may be sent to legal@soundssphere.com.
